Lost Technology

Lost tech is just that, technology from the old empire that was lost after the war between man and monster broke the world.

Wonders beyond imagining, machines able to do in a day what would otherwise take months, all lost.

But so were the weapons that could match a child against the mightiest of warriors.

There are two types of people who search for lost tech, archaeologists and criminals. One searches for knowledge that will make life better for all, the other searches for profit to make life better for themselves.

It's no coincidence that convicted criminals are sent to the dig sites to serve out their sentences.
